SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are pleased to offer free shipping throughout the United States.

All packages are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional order-processing time during holidays, periods of high demand, and sales.

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are generally prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after order confirmation. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

If you need to update your shipping information or request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@lilyandkate.com. Once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier, changes cannot be guaranteed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

After shipment, orders are generally delivered within the United States in 5 to 15 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

These time frames are estimates. Delivery may take longer than expected during periods of high demand, on holidays, or because of delays beyond our control. If you notice an unusual delay, contact our customer service team at support@lilyandkate.com; we will be happy to help.
